This is how our appliance repair process for householders works – smooth and simple:
Step 1 Book a repair
Online booking
We’ll send an email confirmation with the date and time of your appointment. We’ll contact you if we need to discuss the fault or repair in more detail.
Phone booking
Speak to us to explain what’s wrong, and we’ll book a repair. If we’re busy, leave a message and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
You will always receive a confirmation text or email, confirming the repair appointment, with a link to allow you to track the progress of your repair engineer.
Step 2 Appointment confirmation
We schedule our jobs a day in advance.
When your appointment is due you’ll receive a text message and/or email confirming the time that our engineer will arrive.
If you need to reschedule give us a call – we’re always happy to oblige.
About 30 minutes before the engineer is due we’ll call to check that you’re at home.
Step 3 Repair visit
Our friendly appliance repair engineer will arrive with a smile and present our company ID card.
Wearing protective clothing – including shoe covers and gloves – the engineer will discuss the appliance fault with you, carry out diagnostic tests and repairs.
You’ll be told exactly what work has been done, and if a return visit is required (to fit a part that needs to be sourced) we’ll arrange a date and time.

Our labour charges are fixed, as stated above, but if spare parts are required to get your appliance running again we’ll give you a quotation for the part/s before going ahead with ordering and fitting, so you’ll know exactly what you’re paying, and what you’re paying for.
Our prices are based on the premise of one engineer handling the job – if it takes two to carry out the work then we’ll factor this in to the cost and agree this with you before we get down to the work.
