This is an exceptional company in terms of competence all round. They specialise in repairs, and they successfully extended the life of our Fisher and Paykel dishwasher to 16 years! Dawn at the office booked an engineer and sent a text the evening before with the time when to expect him. Keith, an expert Fisher & Paykel engineer came on time and would have repaired it if only the spare parts needed were still being manufactured... I opted for a replacement supplied by Service 87. Dawn gave me a written quotation and Keith delivered, installed and gave us detailed instructions on the new dishwasher. Superb! Unrelated to this, we had a leak in the kitchen for some time and the plumber who arrived 30min later, discovered it being behind the dishwasher! Keith had just returned to his office and dropped everything, came back to uninstall the machine, wait while the plumber fixed the leak and then reinstalled the machine at no additional cost. All part of the service offered by Service 87!

I managed to smash our oven door to smithereens days before Christmas in a fluke accident with a baking tray and was doubtful we'd get it fixed in time. Contacted Service 87 who were brilliant on the phone and a lovely gentleman came 2 days before Christmas. Couldn't have been nicer or more helpful, had the job done in no time and gave some helpful information about our oven too. We're delighted and very grateful, happy to recommend and pass on thanks.

Fabulous service from start to finish. Booking was seamless, they were able to bring my original appointment forward by a week, and I was able to track the engineer through the day, so I knew exactly when to expect him. Sadly my 18 year old Fisher & Paykel fridge freezer was condemned, but lan was straight talking and realistic. It cost me £60 to find out that a repair was uneconomical, but they were clear about this when I booked, and they didn't try to string me along with repairs that wouldn't have worked. Would certainly use Service 87 again.
